White Bean Chicken Chili
We love a good bowl of chili and we bet you do too! This is a meal that’s as much fun to make as it is to eat. Crushing the tortilla chips is a perfect kid-sized task – making bite-sized pieces to top the chili and add just the right crunch. A tasty combination of two cheeses goes on top too. Another great thing about cooking with kids is introducing them (and yourself) to new skills – for this chili, you’ll shred the chicken after it’s cooked and cooled. You can do this with your hands if you want, or try using two forks. Either way, you (and your kitchen helpers) will be thrilled with the results.
