This dish is all about the sauce! Once you try this recipe it will replace your A1, hands down. The flavor profile is deep and delicious but still even accessible to kids. It will not intimidate anyone's palate and you can use it on any protein or vegetable. I love the simplicity of the choi sum dish. I would totally serve it at Thanksgiving with some version of Southeast Asian turkey. The beauty of this dish is the crunchy texture of the choi sum.
