We love salmon for its rich taste, beautiful color and those healthy fats and Omega-3s we need for optimal health. This preparation is incredibly easy and so delicious. The fillets get a light coating of lemon and olive oil before they’re coated with fresh dill and parsley. We love this dish perfectly paired with  delicious Brussels sprouts. Here, we roast them with rosemary and pine nuts – so tasty and good for you too!
