Vicky Vlachonis, MSc Ost.
Chief Wellness Officer
Vicky Vlachonis was born in Athens, Greece, into a sports and health-orientated family, inspiring Vicky to go on and be one of the first women to earn a Master’s Degree from the European School of Osteopathy. Vicky began her professional career as a European osteopath and musculoskeletal specialist treating dancers from the Royal Ballet and major productions such as Cats and The Lion King. After working in London’s most prestigious holistic clinics, including the Hale Clinic and the Integrated Medical Centre, she established her own practice in 2001.
Today, Vicky shares her holistic healing treatments and methods all around the world, helping clients release their pain and get radiant before PTA meetings and play dates, concert halls and board rooms, movie sets and red carpets. She serves as ‘chief wellness officer’ to such notable personalities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Katy Perry and Elton John. Vicky believes in using the best tools for the job, combining Eastern and Western medicine such as acupuncture, craniosacral touch therapy, cupping therapy, and reflexology with MRI scans and blood tests. In her holistic approach, she incorporates diet, exercise, and emotional well-being when helping clients reflect on their pain, release their pain, and live positively radiant.
Goop contributor and member of Women’s Health Advisory board, Vicky offers a groundbreaking program to eliminate pain and to look and feel your best every day. In her book, The Body Doesn’t Lie: The 3-Step Program to End Chronic Pain and Become Positively Radiant, Vicky focuses on pain release instead of pain relief. Included in the program are recipes; body maps to identify areas of pain and healing touch points, meditations, and step-by-step remedies for specific issues including fatigue, digestive problems, and depression.
