Chris and Heidi Powell are the hosts and transformation specialists on ABC’s highly rated series, “Extreme Weight Loss.” Empowering thousands over the globe, they travel the country using innovative techniques, education and expertise to carry out their vision of transforming lives from the inside out. The couple can be seen regularly on national shows including “Good Morning America” and “The Dr. Oz Show,” where they offer expert advice on all things diet, fitness and nutrition. They have been featured in print publications such as Men’s Fitness, Women’s Health, SHAPE, Fitness, Redbook, amongst many others.

Adding to their list of accolades, the couple celebrated the release of their co-authored book, Extreme Transformation: Lifelong Weight Loss in 21 Days, in December 2015, where they share their proven, life-changing, step-by-step guide for losing weight and keeping it off. In addition to fast and fun exercises, the Powells share an abundance of recipes, both quick and gourmet, along with advice for food shopping, preparation, and more. They are excited to share these recipes, that feature both high and low carb dishes in their Chef’d meal plan.

Chris is also the author of two other books, both of which soared to the top of the New York Times best-seller list. He and Heidi reside in Phoenix, Arizona with their four children.
