About Casey Thompson
Casey Thompson’s French and Southern roots led her to cooking and to the desire to bring it to others. The food and wine expert has been involved in culinary careers her whole life. Starting as a prep cook, becoming a sous chef to a culinary legend, and holding her own throughout two seasons of Top Chef, Casey has paved her way to culinary success. Today, she proudly owns and operates three restaurants, a private dining company in Napa, and brings her love of food with her throughout her travels.
