About Antonia Lofaso
Chef Antonia Lofaso’s cuisine is inspired by her Italian-American heritage and extends far beyond it with a bold array of flavors from cavatelli to carnitas. Her restaurant Scopa – Italian Roots opened in 2013 and has been hailed as one of the most compelling restaurants for Italian cooking in Los Angeles.
Antonia is also well-known for her memorable performances on Top Chef: Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars, and she continues to appear as a judge on cooking competitions including The Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen. In 2012, Antonia released The Busy Mom’s Cookbook: 100 Recipes for Quick, Delicious, Home-cooked Meals.
